Dedicated carriers and route lookup don't apply outside North America.
Edit any value to override the org default for this browser. reverts a single field. Save as org defaults writes the current values back to the file as everyone's defaults.
Distance and per-segment road speeds are looked up via OSRM (Open Source Routing Machine), a free routing service that uses OpenStreetMap data. Each carrier's truck speed is capped at its Max MPH below. On slower segments (city streets, etc.) the truck matches the route's actual speed. These are global values.
Recalculates transit for every saved address using the carrier settings above and updates their stored values. Run this after changing any carrier setting so existing entries pick up the new values. New entries automatically use the current settings when distance is first looked up.
Used as the "from" address on every freight label generated.
The NON-MAIL Load Plan workbook pulls its data from a CSV export of this directory. After any directory changes, run these three steps to refresh it.
Click Export in the top bar and save the file to your computer. Keep the suggested filename so it overwrites the copy already in SharePoint.
Open the Data Imports folder and drag the file in. When SharePoint warns the filename already exists, choose Replace.
Open Data Imports folder in SharePointOpen the NON-MAIL Load Plan in Excel. On the ribbon's Data tab, click Refresh All. The workbook re-reads the CSV you just uploaded and refreshes every address, contact, and delivery detail with the latest from the directory.
